Dwain Skeen – President and Founder

Dwain Skeen leads our firm as President and founder. With 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate, he works with industrial, warehouse, manufacturing and shopping center properties, as well as site selection, tax-free exchanges and investment properties. Dwain is a member of the National, North Carolina and High Point Associations of Realtors; International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He has served as Vice-President of the High Point Association of Realtors, President of the High Point Association of Realtors Commercial Industrial Division, Director of the Triad Chapter of NAIOP, and served on the Executive Board of Directors of the Triad Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition (TREBIC). He is a member of the North Carolina Realtors® Commercial Alliance (NCRCA) and has served as a director of the NCRCA Board of Governors, and is presently serving on the NCRCA Forms Committee. He holds a BA Degree from East Carolina University and is a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI). As a broker, manager and mentor, Dwain believes that growth and success are based on relationships.

Trudy manages the Skeen Group’s Property Management operation, serving over 75 accounts.  She is a member of the National, North Carolina and High Point Associations of Realtors®; an associate of The North Carolina Realtors® Commercial Alliance (NCRCA); and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Mark Lindsay –Broker, Licensed in NC and SC (336) 692-5612
Mark specializes in industrial sites, warehouse, manufacturing and shopping center properties, as well as site selection, land, investment analysis, and tax-deferred (1031) exchanges.  Mark is a member of the National, North Carolina and High Point Associations of Realtors; The North Carolina Realtors Commercial Alliance (NCRCA); the Triad Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition (TREBIC); RLI (Realtors Land Institute) working toward an ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) designation; CCIM (Certified Commercial Investor Member) Candidate; and NCEDA (NC Economic Developers Association) member; as well as a Triad CIE (commercial information exchange) member.

Mark is a graduate of Clemson University, holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, and is currently working toward a NC commercial contractor license.

As a broker Mark strives to build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and peers within the Real Estate field.
